The three suites and the studio flat have been decorated in a contemporary style with compact lines which has a pleasing impact. Guests have their own independent entrance, that and the flats being sound proof, guarantee total privacy. The flats are self-catering having compact but functional kitchenettes. All flats have a refrigerator, a hob with electric plates, an oven and a microwave. The electronically operated doors and windows, as well as the armored front doors make the flats burglar-proof. The electronic devices can be turned off during the occupant’s absence.

There is a TV with an LCD-screen for your viewing pleasure. The flats have double beds as well as a sofa-cum-bed. An access to an Internet connection is available on request as is a personal parking spot or a garage.
